The Canadian Brewing awards were handed out and some Edmonton and area breweries did well! There was over 1800 beers entered this year in multiple different categories

70 Acre Brew in Sherwood Park won GOLD for their Stout ‘the Jackie’…they also took home Bronze for their Trippellin’ Out  Belgian-Style Tripel

Town Square Brewing won GOLD for ‘Liquid Lullaby‘ an Imperial Stout

Ale Architect won SILVER for their ‘Superluminal‘ IPA and SILVER for ‘Day Drift‘ a Session Ale

Irrational Brewing won SILVER for ‘Nexus’ an American Style Sour Ale

Analog Brewing won GOLD for ‘In Another Castle’ a Specialty IPA

and my personal favourite Seachange took home a BRONZE for ‘the Wolf’ a New England Style Pale Ale
