FINALLY a petition I’m truly passionate about. It was started by IKEA Canada and it calls for the end of paying taxes on used items… As a passionate thrifter, I can’t believe I’ve never even thought about this before. Why am I paying taxes on an item that somebody has already paid the tax for? Plus it’s not in its original packaging and the value has changed… Well done Ikea, you have my full support.
