A Polish funeral home found itself in a rather grave situation when a corpse fell out of a hearse and into traffic. The incident happened in Stalowa Wola, where a driver was startled to see a sheet hit his car window—only to look down and discover a body lying in the street. For a split second, he thought he’d run someone over! The body had actually tumbled out of the hearse, landing right on a pedestrian crossing. Hades Funeral Services later issued an apology, blaming a hearse malfunction and offering their condolences to those “disappointed and upset” by the unexpected detour.
