What surprised me about this is not that they are paying 36 billion dollars for Pringles…but the fact that SNICKERS AND MARS ARE OWNED BY THE SAME COMPANY!? How did I not know this? For years I thought there was an intense Mars/Snickers rivalry similar to Pepsi and Coke or Britney Spears/Christina Aguilera.
