Sometimes these promotional stunt AirBNB rentals are pretty cheesy. This one is mind-blowing. Located in New Castle, New York – very much the same area the school would exist if it existed – the site has been completely decked-out in relics and references, with hand-painted props and primary colours popping everywhere you look. If you’re lucky enough to book it, you’ll even take home a diploma memento from the Institute for Higher Learning from Professor X’s study.

Just don’t forget to recreate the Wolverine meme while you’re there.
